Itinerary
The day will begin with a pick-up from your hotel in Cusco. Our driver will take you in a comfortable and safe vehicle to the tour departure point.
We will arrive at Mollepata, a traditional Andean village, where we will enjoy a delicious typical Peruvian breakfast. This will be the perfect time to recharge our batteries and prepare for the hike.
Before starting the trek, we must register and pay the corresponding fee to access the Salkantay route. Our guide will take care of all the necessary paperwork.
After registering and paying, we will continue our journey to Soraypampa, the starting point for the hike to Humantay Lake. The journey by vehicle will take approximately 1 hour.
Finally, we arrive at the starting point of the hike to Humantay Lake. Our guide will provide us with all the necessary information about the route and will accompany us throughout the hike.
After approximately 2 hours of walking, we will arrive at the impressive Humantay Lake. We will enjoy some free time to explore the surroundings, take photographs, and enjoy the scenery.
After enjoying Laguna Humantay, we will return to Mollepata to enjoy a delicious typical Peruvian lunch.
Finally, after a day full of adventures, we will return to Cusco. The journey by vehicle will take approximately 2 hours.
We will arrive in Cusco, ending our private tour to Humantay Lake.
